The Laser Engraving process involves using a laser engraving machine, to burn designated areas on almost any material, removing the top layer of the product and showing the design in either a darker shade or the base layer color. Laser beam works as a chisel by focusing on the designated area from a distance at a suitable power level. This burns the top layer of the material leaving a permanent marking on the parts.
Laser Engraving is suitable for marking logos, name tags, barcodes, serial numbers, QR codes on parts. Also, Laser Engraving is good for silhouette designs as well as silhouette photographs.
